Yamna enters data center development, delivering integrated power and data campuses leveraging its Power-to-X expertise
London – April 2, 2026 – YamnaCo Ltd (“Yamna”), a global specialized development platform for green Power-to-X projects, announces the launch of its digital infrastructure business. This marks a strategic expansion into green data centers, complementing its existing green hydrogen (GH2) and its derivatives business. Building on its core global capabilities, Yamna will develop, build, own, and enable integrated power and data campuses designed to host Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven, hyperscale computing workloads.
Yamna’s integrated power and digital campuses will combine utility-scale renewable energy with battery storage, and when applicable, green hydrogen-based power generation and storage, providing round-the-clock, low-emission power supply for data centers with the necessary back-up solutions. By offering end-to-end solutions within a single platform, Yamna can accelerate deployment timelines of data centers while ensuring access to reliable green baseload power, addressing some of the most critical bottlenecks in data center development today.
This expansion represents a natural evolution for Yamna. By leveraging the expertise and experience gained from its core GH2 business, Yamna is able to secure and deliver power independently of grid constraints such as connection timelines, combined with pre-developed access to land and water resources in key locations where the company is already present, enabling a significant reduction in deployment timelines compared to traditional, fully grid-connected data center models.
As demand for AI infrastructure accelerates globally, the convergence of energy and computing power is becoming a necessity creating an emerging asset class where power and infrastructure developers can play a central role in enabling digital infrastructure, and Yamna is well positioned to grasp this opportunity.
Yamna embarks on a strategic expansion into data centers, bringing our Power-to-X expertise to build clean and resilient digital infrastructure for the future.
As AI drives unprecedented demand for both clean power and computing capacity, our integrated approach enables faster, more efficient, and greener infrastructure that will underpin the digital economy.Abdelaziz Yatribi, CEO of Yamna

Yamna is actively exploring competitive locations worldwide, where renewable energy resources, connectivity, and infrastructure align to unlock new opportunities for green data centers. The first mega flagship project is currently being developed in the Middle East, with significant development milestones already achieved.
