- Over 30 years of experience in public policy, infrastructure development, and public administration.
- Served as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer (1999) and former Principal Secretary to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, leading end-to-end policy design, infrastructure execution, industrial development, and regulatory facilitation across multiple sectors in Andhra Pradesh.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure and industrial development, including land acquisition for major projects in the food and agriculture sector, implementation of public-private partnership models in tourism and rural livelihoods, and strengthening public distribution systems and tax administration.
- Ph.D. in Rural Development, MPA from Syracuse University USA, and Fellowship with the Institution of Engineers (India).
