Over 10 years of international experience in the hydrogen sector, gained in R&D (e.g., Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells, Ceres), a large-scale product development programme (Honda / General Motors fuel cell programme), and consultancy (ERM).
As a Principal Consultant at ERM, Xavier led and provided subject matter expert advice to green hydrogen production projects, including electrolyser due diligences, techno-economic analyses and market studies.
He brings significant expertise in electrolyser systems and green hydrogen production processes to the team.
He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Girona (Spain), an MSc in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of California Irvine (USA), and an MBA from the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business (Japan).
