Corporate lawyer with 6 years of experience in solar, wind, infrastructure and more recently green hydrogen and ammonia, across the Middle-East, Africa and Europe.
Prior to joining Yamna, Tom has been a lawyer in Clifford Chance’s energy and infrastructure team in London where he acted for corporates, lenders and governments on high profile, complex world-scale projects, including project development, project finance, M&A and joint ventures.
In 2022/2023, Tom has been on secondment to Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, with a focus on originating and investing in green hydrogen and ammonia projects.
MSc in Law and Finance from Oxford University, LLM in International Law from Maastricht University, admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
