Over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Construction, including 15 years in the process industry (Novenco Offshore, Martifer Group) and 5 years in renewables (Scatec).
Brings extensive process industry expertise to the team, having served as Senior Project Manager at the 2,700 tpd Kingisepp ammonia plant and Project Manager of the 911 MW coal-fired power plant in Romania.
As EPC Director at Scatec, Pedro led the $6 billion Acme/Scatec Oman hydrogen/ammonia project in Duqm, overseeing technical structuring and execution. The project achieved financial close and commenced construction (Phase 1), making it one of the world's most advanced large-scale ammonia projects.
Holds an MSc in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Porto and Czech Technical University.
