French Agency ADEME launches industrial decarbonization tender, with a dedicated role for green hydrogen

French Agency for Ecological Transition ADEME has published the DECARB IND+ tender for large-scale industrial decarbonation in France, notably through the usage of green hydrogen or low-carbon electrolysis and the usage of green hydrogen derivatives.
Now arises some questions as in what are the eligibility criteria and what is the maximum amount of subsidy? How will the offer be ranked?
France has an objective of installing 6.5 GW of electrolysers by 2030 and has committed to an investment plan of €7 billion over 10 years to support low-carbon hydrogen.
